A couple of weeks ago I made a visit to Pusrawi Kuala Lumpur to start my breastfeeding journey for Idris. Right from the time I decided to have him I knew I wanted to breastfeed him. I love the idea of being able to give him the nutritional benefits of breast milk while enhancing our bond, and mahram. It’s been over two weeks of me taking birth control pills and high dosage of domperidone, to help induce lactation. No results yet but I’m staying positive. I’d like to personally thank the team at Pusrawi for being so amazing and extremely supportive . I don’t know if I’ll do two years of BF like how I did for my twin girls. It may be because they’re twins but I remember it being a lot of work. I’m very proud that I did tho and I wouldn’t change that for the world. Now to just focus on giving this lil guy what he deserves. Wish me luck!
