As promised m gonna share my weight loss journey and what i did to go from 61.5 Kg to 53.0 Kg in 1 month. These are the pictures thru out my journey. Jangan kecam sis bila tgk gambar gemok diam sudah ok! Haha This is my way and what i did for myself, sy tak paksa siapa2 utk buat, klu berminat nk cuba, cuba , sbb sy terima byk sgt permintaan utk share jadi sy share, klu ada yg lebih pakar mybe boleh share gambar anda utk turun 8kg sebulan bru sy percaya. Sy dh bertahun cuba mcm2 tips! Ini saja yg berjaya. Tip penting! MAHU This is what i did Hari Diet : from India food expert. Telor rebus kosong 6 ( 3 biji pagi & 3 biji tengahari) Green Tea kosong 5 ( 1 uncang tiap kali makan , breakfast/ lunch/ dinner/ high tea/ dinner/befor bedtime) Apple 2 biji / apa jenis apple pun boleh ( 1 biji tengahari & 1 biji ptg) Oat kosong 1 / kekacang kosong ( malam ) * kosong tanpa gula/ tanpa sos/tanpa garam/ tanpa perisa* 1 hari lose 1kg with this diet, my first day 1.4kg You wont feel weak this diet is enough to fuel sufficient energy. Do not cheat makan benda lain!! Anggap puasa! Klu longgar2 duk masukkan juga makanan lain diet ni akan terus fail, esok tak turun Hari Biasa: Brown rice separuh genggam Virgin coconut oil( klu goreng telor) Kimchi Frozen yogurt / greek yogurt Green tea kosong ( wajib) Cheat day: Atkins ( lauk saja apa2, ayam goreng ke apa but no more than 1000 calorie) usually sy makan sehari sekali je klu cheat day sbb dh cukup. Ice cream ( dark chocolate) Tapi tetap ❌ air manis!!! NO NO NO walau sikit sila ada mineral water bersama walau ke mana pegi. Setiap kali i cheat day i will go on diet. And if i think i ate way too much on cheat day i will diet 2 hari. And then back to hari biasa. Egg is essential, even hari konsert i consume eggs for breakfast and eggs for high tea. After u do this u changed ur habit & akan rasa sgt selesa. No more bloating, no more perut meragam, buncit etc. Okay good luck! I am still in my journey lg 6Kgs!! Wish me well!
