Got admitted over night only i hope at noon today for my 5pm steroid injection. This injection i was informed by my Dr Ozlan pakar Otopedik is from my lower back spine to reduce the LG 5 nerve of my right feet that has been a constant 24 hrs extruciating pain since i got my shingle attack more than 3 weeks ago. Its stressful and exausting when the pain kept u awake many nights and days when u should be resting to recover and get well by now. This would help to reduced at least 50% of my nerve pain say my Dr. over a period of time gradually. Insyallah i will be discharge tomorrow if all goes well to just rest at home. When we are not well we must act quickly and get the best specialist to look into our problem inmediately. Especially an on going lingering nerve pain on your leg is not some thing u want to gamble with. So i was determine to get it solved asap. Perhaps this also has to do with the overwhelming stress that i had to go through in my life with so many different incidents that has happened in my life. After all Shingles and the attack on our nerves is related to highly stress and low inmune system. When u have a constant repeat of Bronchitis attack over a period of time. Cough and flu with not much sleep this naturally will bring your inmune system low. When its low our body also is subject to many other kind of diseases. Sometime it come from your own chicken pox virus hiding in your body as in all Shingle cases or spread by others....e.g cough and flu that i caught coming back from London almost 2.5 months ago while surrounded by 4 others passengers coughing and sneezing next to my cubicle. That is why if u are sick or knowing u are going to catch the flu bug please DO NOT TRAVEl. U see how easily we human beings can passed that to one another. If fact we can kill one another! In Malaysia i have seen too oftened in their Theater when people are supposed to be on MC off work they go to theater to watch a movie. Batuk setengah mati pun depa peduli apa?
