Tak payah lah nak minum air alkali lah, air detox la, air itu ini, apa banyak air lah korang nak cipta ni, I minum air masak je (in fact in the UK we just drink tap water) and I eat lots of fruits and veggies, and then I pergi gym 3-4 times a week.
I also go for a run in a park or by the river, I ok je, sihat je, very active and energetic and I can do my job very well. Please stop with your obsessions taking shortcuts.
