Sarut said that all designs for the pet houses are based on his own feelings about what home should feel like.
"I want to live in a beautiful, clean and airy home and so I create similar spaces for cats and dogs too," he said.

He said that many of the pet homes that he built even included air-conditioning units.
"It takes about 10 to 12 days to build," he said.
A look at their Facebook page also showed that many pet homes — big and small — were made to mirror the homes of their owners.

Sarut said that for owners who wanted such homes in Thailand, Kapook Doghouse was the sole company who offered such designs.
"Our houses are elegant, of good quality and are durable."
"They're also just as pretty as any human house," he said adding that they were also looking to expand their franchise to other parts of the world.
So, what do you think? Should someone start a company like this in Malaysia?
We're not so sure about the mega pet mansions but reasonably sized houses with fans could make a lot of sense because it's JUST SO HOT here.
